Steel centralizer, with rollers or runners, to insert a carrier pipe into a casing (road or railway crossings). Reduces friction, electrically isolates the tubes.
Description
When pipes cannot be laid in an open trench — for example at railway or road crossings, where the casings first pass underground — the steel centralizers, with rollers or runners, allow the carrier pipe to be inserted into the casing sleeve safely and efficiently.
These centralizers ease installation by reducing friction between the pipe and the casing, support the carrier pipe, act as spacers (centred or eccentric placement) and provide electrical isolation of the two tubes, the sliding runner being optionally in plastic. The solutions are customisable, with project support and design assistance.
