Description
The AP100 and AP200 potential alarms are autonomous devices that allow personnel with no particular cathodic-protection knowledge to visually check that their system is working correctly. The AP200 features a volt-free relay contact to report a fault remotely.
To guarantee that a fault is observed, an acknowledgement without opening the enclosure is required to return to the normal state. Thanks to the embedded very-low-power and optical technologies, battery life reaches ten years in normal mode and at least one year in alarm mode.
This product is particularly recommended for monitoring buried tanks, service stations, hazardous areas and isolated sites with no power source. Two versions are available: standard (ABS housing, IP66) and flameproof ADF (marine aluminium alloy, Ex II 2 G – Eexd IIC T6) for gas zones 1 and 2.
