Description
Soil characteristics (resistivity, pH, presence of SRB, moisture content…) are critical parameters for knowing the corrosion rate of structures. IPSI Solutions offers a range of soil-measurement equipment, including the HI99121 pH meter. This case is designed to measure soil pH directly with good accuracy: the soil must first be moistened to optimise the measurement and preserve the electrode. The case includes a punch to dig the soil and a conical-tip electrode with a built-in temperature sensor (also suited to measurements in solution / diluted samples). For stony soils, use the HI7051 preparation solution.
