AP100 STD potential alarm
Réf. DIP-131
Autonomous AP100 STD potential alarm (non-ATEX) for visual checking of a cathodic protection system by non-specialist personnel. Very low power, fully digital design.
Description
The AP100 STD potential alarm is an autonomous device that allows personnel with no particular cathodic-protection knowledge to visually check that their system is working correctly. An acknowledgement without opening the enclosure returns it to the normal state. It is particularly recommended for non-ATEX monitoring: buried tanks, service stations, hazardous areas, isolated sites without power and industrial sites.
It incorporates very-low-power and optical technologies. Designed according to IPSI Solutions' 'all-digital' strategy, it can evolve over time: implementation of functions without hardware modification, continuous robustness improvement and on-site programming or updating of the device. A setting defines the trigger threshold.
