Description
This cathodic protection cable is single-core, with a red copper class 2 conductor (NF EN / IEC 60228), special high-density polyethylene insulation and a black PVC sheath (type TM1/TM2 to NF C 32-090, ST1/ST2 to IEC 60502-1). It meets standards IEC 60228 and SPEC 03/0003/03 (GDF), adapted from XP C 32-321, with fire performance to IEC 60332-1 / NF C 32-070 category C2.
It is intended for the DC supply of cathodic protection circuits of buried or immersed structures. Classified BE3 (explosion risk) subject to the conditions of standard NF C 15-100, and unarmoured, it must be protected from any risk of mechanical damage. It is designed to resist hydrolysis and chemical pollution. Voltage 0.6/1 kV, class Eca.
