Description
This resin-fill junction box offers universal use to connect synthetic-insulated low-voltage cables (PVC, PE, XLPE, EPR — e.g. N(A)YY, NYM, TT), in copper as well as aluminium, for a voltage level of U0/U (Um) 0.6/1 (1.2) kV. It is used indoors, outdoors, in underground lines, under water and in cable runs.
Compact, it features transparent self-sealing polycarbonate shells (connection visible before pouring), resistant to impact, UV, alkaline soils and chemical agents, sealed longitudinally and transversally, with high insulation and mechanical strength. It is supplied with an anti-hydrolysis pour-in PUR resin (type EG, pre-measured in two bags), spacers, insulating PVC tape, gloves and instructions. Without connectors. Compliant with DIN VDE 0278 and EN 50393 standards.
