Reference electrode Stelth 8

Réf. DIP-124

Borin Stelth 8 fixed reference electrode for fresh and sea water, with porous ceramic plug. Cu/CuSO₄, Ag/AgCl or Zn/ZnSO₄. Service life ≥20 years, Teflon probe, stainless housing.

Description

The STELTH 8 'tank' electrode is a fixed reference electrode usable in fresh water as well as sea water. Its special porous ceramic plug allows liquid in and out without damaging the electrode. A technologically advanced 'ion trap' prevents contamination of the Cu/CuSO₄ electrolyte, and the shockproof plastic tip does not deteriorate, even in highly corrosive environments. Its service life is at least 20 years.

It features a colour code for quick identification, a complete installation manual, a ceramic with a retaining membrane, stainless steel probe housings and a Teflon-coated probe. Models: Cu/CuSO₄ (SRE-034-CTY, fresh water), Ag/AgCl (SRE-035-STB, sea and brackish water) and Zn/ZnSO₄ (SRE-036-ZTR, fresh water). Operating temperature 0 to 80 °C (after correction according to electrode type), stability 5 mV at a 3 µA current.
