Flexicast pig in high-performance elastomer (Ø2" to 14"+) with two guide discs and four sealing discs. Uni- or bidirectional, negotiates 1.5D bends and full-bore valves.
Description
The Flexicast range pigs are made of high-performance elastomer. Two guide discs and four precisely sized sealing discs ensure optimal performance. Their physical properties and chemical resistance are excellent, and they are usable in the presence of crude oil, natural and industrial gases, vegetable oils, chemicals and effluents. They negotiate bends from a radius of 1.5D, full-bore and direct-passage ball valves, and full-diameter 90° side branches when fitted with guide bars. They are available with a towing eye for a nylon rope.
Suited to uni- or bidirectional operations, they are perfectly suited to product or batch separation and to product evacuation.
