Flexicast pigs in high-performance elastomer, moulded in one piece. Two guide discs and four sealing discs, uni- or bidirectional, ideal for hydrostatic testing.
Description
The Flexicast range pigs are made of high-performance elastomer. Two guide discs and four precisely sized sealing discs ensure optimal performance. Their physical properties and chemical resistance are excellent, and they are usable in the presence of crude oil, natural and industrial gases, vegetable oils, chemicals and effluents. They negotiate bends from a radius of 1.5D, full-bore and direct-passage ball valves, and 90° side branches when fitted with guide bars; they are available with a towing eye for a nylon rope.
Suited to uni- or bidirectional operations, they are perfectly suited to product or batch separation, product evacuation and hydrostatic testing. The one-piece moulding eliminates any spare parts, and the precise disc sizing ensures optimal sealing performance.
