Description
The Hi-Seal IP.HS bidirectional pig (Ø2" to 48") has polyurethane sealing and guide discs, a polyurethane protection nose and a towing eye at each end to ease removal. It is built so that the discs cannot detach from the body. The 4" and 6" sizes negotiate bends from 3D, 8" and above from 1.5D. The carbon steel body components are coated with two layers of anti-corrosion paint.
It is a bidirectional pig ideal for service providers, intended for water-filling and dewatering operations, and can be fitted with a gauging disc. Its precisely sized sealing discs ensure efficient sealing over long distances. It is available in various guide- and sealing-disc configurations, with the option of fitting magnet sets, interchangeable circular brushes and a housing.
