Moulded polyurethane scraper shoes and blades for cleaning pigs, an alternative to wire brushes. High wear resistance, compatible with petroleum and chemical products.
Description
These polyurethane scraping accessories are moulded in-house to strict quality standards: they have exceptional physical properties and chemical resistance, as well as high resistance to wear and abrasion. They come in two shapes: ploughshare-type shoes (small and large models) and scraper blades (small and large models, for diagonal mounting). They are supplied pre-drilled for mounting on spring arms and usable in the presence of crude oil, natural and industrial gases, vegetable oils, chemicals and effluents; special models on request.
The polyurethane scraper blades are used as an alternative to wire brushes, for scraping operations where conventional brushes would be too aggressive (internally coated pipes, waxy or highly viscous deposits). Designed first for the IPSI pig range, they are also compatible with a wide range of other cleaning pigs.
