ProGal JPC flange insulating kit for low pressure and temperature, ideal for difficult assemblies (low clearance, damaged flanges). Gylon® 3504 gasket, AA4 or AA1.
Description
ProGal JPC is ideal for dielectric isolation at low pressure and low temperature, and for difficult assemblies (low clearance, damaged flange faces, volatile products…). It is used in PN10 to PN64 (limited to P < 55 bar), over a -100 to +120 °C range, and is available in AA4 and AA1 kits.
The gasket is in Gylon® 3504 (3.2 mm thick, standard DIN E-2505, compressibility 25-45%, dielectric strength 9.6 kV/mm, <55 bar, -268 to +260 °C). The sleeves are in bakelised paper (DIN HP2065, 8.3 kV/mm) and the insulating washers in G10, suited to torque tightening (CETIM tests). Zinc-plated steel bolting is supplied as standard for AA4 kits; tightening-torque calculation is available on request.
