ProGal JFT flange insulating kit for medium pressure and temperature (<64 bar, <120 °C) and salt-water applications. G10 epoxy central gasket, available in AA4 and AA1 versions.
Description
The ProGal JFT insulating kits are ideal for dielectric isolation at medium pressure (<64 bar) and medium temperature (<120 °C), as well as for salt-water applications. They are used in PN20, PN50 and PN100 (limited to P < 64 bar), over a -100 to +120 °C range, and are available in AA4 and AA1 kits.
The central gasket is in G10 epoxy fabric (standard DIN 7735 HGW2372-4, compressive strength 550 MPa, dielectric strength 18 kV/mm, <120 °C, 3 mm thick), combined with a Klingersil® C4430 sealing gasket (1 mm thick, <64 bar, -100 to +300 °C). The sleeves are in bakelised paper (DIN HP2065, 8.3 kV/mm) and the insulating washers in G10, suited to torque tightening (CETIM tests). Zinc-plated steel bolting is supplied as standard for AA4 kits.
