Standard ProGal JFC flange insulating kit for low pressure and temperature (<40 bar, -50 to +90 °C). Bakelised-fabric central gasket, available in AA4 and AA1 versions.
Description
ProGal JFC is IPSI's standard product, ideal for dielectric isolation at low pressure and low temperature. It is used in PN10 to PN64 (limited to P < 40 bar), over a -50 to +90 °C range, and is available in AA4 and AA1 kits.
The central gasket is in bakelised fabric (standard DIN 7735 HGW2082, compressive strength 320 MPa, dielectric strength 5 kV/mm, <90 °C, 3 mm thick) bonded with Klingersil® C4324 gaskets (1.5 mm thick, <40 bar, -50 to +150 °C). The sleeves are in bakelised paper (DIN HP2065, 8.3 kV/mm) and the insulating washers in G10, suited to torque tightening (CETIM tests). Zinc-plated steel bolting is supplied as standard for AA4 kits.
