Pig discs Ø2" to 48" in polyurethane, for hydrostatic testing and reversing the travel direction without removing the pig. Precise sizing ensuring sealing and durability.
Description
The pig discs were designed primarily as advanced components of the IPSI pig range, while remaining compatible with a wide range of other commonly used pigs. They meet robust standard specifications and are ideally suited to equip pigs used in hydrostatic testing operations, as well as when the pig's travel direction must be reversed without removing it from the pipe.
Their precise sizing ensures good sealing and long-term performance. They are available from Ø2" to 48", with dimensions (A, B, C in mm) matched to each pipe diameter, and can in many cases be used as a replacement for cups.
