PA/PE centralizer in two half-shells for pipes Ø25 to 336 mm. Type code = diameter (inches) + runner height (mm). Hardware supplied.
Description
The PA/PE-type collars are available for pipes with an outer diameter between 25 and 336 mm. The product consists of two half-shells, and the hardware needed for assembly is supplied. The type code indicates the pipe's outer diameter in inches and the runner height in mm (for example PA/PE 4-38 = 4" pipe, 38 mm runner height).
The runner height is calculated from the diameter difference between the pipe and the casing, taking actual dimensions into account (coatings and supports). Example: a PE-coated DN100 pipe (Ø117.9 mm) in a DN200 steel casing (206.5 mm inner Ø) gives (206.5 - 117.9) / 2 = 44.3 mm, i.e. type PA/PE 4-38 (the next lower height in the table).
