CaseX Ranger® II polypropylene centring and rolling runner, a metal-free solution for pulling and rolling pipes (bundles included). For pipes under CP, Ø62 to 1290 mm.
Description
The CaseX Ranger® II is intended for pulling and rolling pipes. It is a metal-free solution, valid even when inserting several pipes in a bundle, and suited to cathodically protected pipelines.
Made of high-quality polypropylene, it offers excellent resistance to stress cracking and very good sliding properties (better than polyethylene): temperature range -30 to +100 °C, dielectric strength 32 kV/mm, compressive strength 20,684 kPa, impact resistance 80 J/m. The S, M and L sizes cover a tube outer diameter from 62 to 1290 mm depending on the number of segments. One SLock per segment is required.
