Description
The pig passage indicator suits all diameters from DN 3", for a service pressure up to ANSI 900 (higher on request) and compliant with NACE standards. Its operating principle relies on a rare-earth magnet with a low-torque actuator; the internal parts are in stainless steel, the seals in metric pitch and the O-rings in Viton (other type on request).
The detector is specially designed to meet the strictest signalling methods. The omnidirectional actuator cannot damage pigs or spheres or be damaged by their passage, and its total freedom of movement allows any mounting position. The flag sets at 90° for greater visibility, reset is automatic and instant, and the absence of moving seals limits leak risks. Of simple, maintenance-free design, it fits easily on existing tappings. Can be used with foam pigs.
