Segmented MA centralizer (MA and MA 2) for pipes ≥402 mm diameter. Universal composition (1 MA segment / 100 mm, 1 MA 2 / 50 mm), anti-corrosion steel bolting supplied.
Description
For pipes with an outer diameter of 402 mm and above, the MA centralizers — made up of two segment sizes (MA and MA 2) and runners of different heights — adapt to the outer diameters of existing pipes.
The particular advantage of these insulating elements is their universal nature. The composition rule is as follows: 1 MA segment per 100 mm increment of outer diameter, 1 MA 2 segment per 50 mm increment (example: Ø559 mm = 5 MA segments + 1 MA 2 segment). The runner height is calculated from the diameter difference between the pipe and the casing. Assembly is done using DIN 912 bolts and DIN 562 nuts in corrosion-protected steel, supplied with the product.
