PeakTech P2680A high-voltage insulation tester, test voltage up to 5,000 V and measurement up to 1 TΩ. For checking insulating joints and cables in cathodic protection.
Description
The PeakTech P2680A is a high-voltage insulation tester able to generate a test voltage up to 5,000 V. It is used to check cathodic-protection insulating joints, cables and equipment insulation, and to detect faults. The instrument indicates the matching sockets for connecting each cable, preventing any risk of swapping or incorrect connection.
With insulation measurement up to 1 TΩ and an automatic measurement function, it is suited to daily use in cathodic protection. It is battery-powered, compliant with EN 61010-1 (CAT IV) safety, and supplied with a protective case, silicone test leads, a protected coaxial TTH probe, crocodile clips, batteries and a manual.
