Description
As with the standard range, the monobloc insulating joints and insulating kits electrically isolate a pipeline zone under cathodic protection. The monobloc joints (series 150 to 2500) are welded, made of forged and insulating parts, assembled and inspected in the factory (certificates supplied). The insulating kits (series 150 to 1500, ≤80 °C) are assembled between flanges: AA1 (annular gasket + 2 sealing gaskets + sleeves + washers) and AA4 (AA1 + bolting, material certificate).
Characteristics of standard monobloc joints: design calculation to ASME VIII Div.1 App.2, WPS-PQR & WPQ to ASME IX, joint efficiency 0.5, temperature -10 to +70 °C, 1.5× hydrostatic test. The attached sheet includes the selection guide and the dimensional table.
