Description
Insulating kits electrically isolate two pipes by mounting between flanges, valves or check valves, whatever their material (steel, stainless steel, cast iron…). The care taken in their manufacture ensures longevity, sealing and insulation. The materials used are suitable for any liquid or gaseous fluid circuit (water, gas, oil, ammonia, ethylene, oxygen, steam), from -20 °C to +100 °C. Ample stock allows fast intervention, within 24 h for emergencies.
When ordering, the PN, DN and product must be specified (as well as the service pressure and temperature, the flange thickness and gap if non-standard, and any particular features). The standard Water gasket (PN10 to 100) consists of a flat central insulating gasket in bakelised fabric (standard NF L 00-015) bonded with Klinger sealing gaskets, varnished bakelised paper insulating sleeves, peripheral G11 washers and zinc-plated steel bolting class 6.8 / 8.8.
