Description
This range of pig passage indicators has been specifically designed, in concept and detail, to overcome the limitations of earlier signalling methods. The detection probe (trigger) is omnidirectional: it does not damage pigs or spheres and cannot be damaged by their passage. Its total freedom of movement allows the welding boss to be placed anywhere, on top of or to the side of the pipeline. The positive-action indicator flag turns in 90° steps to maximise visibility and resets instantly.
The range is available for foam and polyurethane pigs (extended triggers to order) and offers several options: flange mounting on the pipeline, extensions for buried pipelines up to 3000 mm, pressure rating to ANSI 2500, and retrofitting on an existing installation.
