Foam pigs
Réf. DIP-195
Open-cell polyurethane foam pigs with a coated rear face, for filling, drying, cleaning and product separation in pipelines.
Description
Foam pigs are used during the commissioning and operation of liquid and gas transport pipelines, in particular for product filling, filling for hydraulic tests, draining, drying, wiping, cleaning and product separation. They are designed to achieve good adhesion as they pass through standard-thickness tubes.
IPSI foam pigs are made of open-cell polyurethane foam, resistant to abrasion and to the main aggressive agents (acids, aromatics…). They all have a rear face coated with a polyurethane elastomer. The standard range offers various models designed for particular uses, the stated nominal diameter corresponding to that of the pipe.
