Description
The Decoking Pig is a tool used for the internal cleaning of pipelines. It effectively removes the coke deposits that form over time and impair pipe performance and installation safety. Through a progressive scraping method, it is designed to ensure the complete removal of the most encrusted materials.
Flexible, durable and chemical-resistant, it is highly aggressive in removing deposits and contamination, and able to negotiate 90° and 180° bends, even in the most aggressive environments. Its shape allows movement at reduced pressure, deposits are evacuated to prevent any blockage, and the internal walls are cleaned over 360° while preserving the tubes' service life. The number of pins fixed on the body is directly related to the internal condition. All sizes can be made on request.
