Silver adhesive 336
Réf. DIP-112
Two-part silver-filled epoxy adhesive, electrically conductive, to connect a cable to a pipe or structure in an ATEX zone. Room-temperature curing, -40 to +150 °C.
Description
Silver adhesive 336 is a two-part silver-filled epoxy adhesive characterised by good electrical conductivity after curing at room temperature. It is particularly suited to connecting a cable to pipes and structures in an ATEX zone and to pipes carrying flammable materials, via a plate or directly onto the structure.
In the uncured state: silver paste appearance, epoxy-silver base, 1:1 mix ratio, pot life 2 h maximum at 25 °C. Curing time 16 h at 25 °C (2 h at 50 °C, 15 min at 120 °C). Operating temperature -40 to +150 °C, resistivity 0.02 Ω·cm at 25 °C (0.001 after baking at 150 °C). Storage 9 months at 25 °C (12 months refrigerated). Avoid contact with skin and eyes. The connection can then be protected with Handy Caps.
